Order Cancellation
✦ “I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER”
We accept order cancellations within 24 hours after purchase. Your order will be canceled and refunded to your original form of payment. After 24 hours, all order items are immediately moved to production, and in-stock styles are processed for shipment. Thereafter, we are not able to issue refunds/cancellations of any kind.
Damage Issues
✦ "IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVE ARE DEFECTIVE / WRONG / DAMAGED?"
Please check the package before you sign. If the product is not in good condition, please do not sign for it. If you have received defective, incorrect, or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Remember to include your order number, photographs of the items, and all references related to receiving your package, and, by our money-back guarantee, we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible! We will contact the express company to deal with it. We are not responsible for items lost, or content damaged after signed for.
Refund, Return, and Exchange
✦ “I HAVEN'T OPENED THE PRODUCT, BUT I DON'T WANT IT ANYMORE”
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items or gift cards.
✦ "WHEN I WAS USING IT, IT BROKE!"
Products with quality problems, if notified within 3 days (from the date products were received) can be replaced. For teapots and cups, due to the porcelain being very fragile, damage caused by human breaking and extreme temperature use is not the cause of our product quality problems.
✦ “I WANT TO EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT”
If you want to exchange the product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. The shipping charges for exchanges depend on the reason for the exchange. If we send the wrong product, we will refund and resend the shipping fee. If the reason for returning or exchanging the product is personal, we will deduct the shipping fee from the refund.
